Anderson-Squires is a consulting firm specializing in corporate executive assessments, selection, coaching, and team development.
In a nutshell, we help companies top-grade their executive talent and leadership to improve business performance.
We use the Brilliant Assessments platform to create a variety of tools designed to help companies with selecting talent, to support executive leadership performance through coaching, and to assist teams with optimizing synergy, all with an eye on maximizing performance.
Brilliant Assessments is the only assessment platform we’ve found that allows us to build and integrate our own custom automated reporting.
While there are several good front-end survey platforms available, the reporting functionality in Brilliant Assessments really sets it apart and allows us to build, test, and refine assessments at a lower price and time point than any other option.
