Typhaine brings a combination of customer success expertise, project management discipline, and deep product knowledge to her role as CEO of Brilliant Assessments.
Having previously worked closely with customers to help them get started on the platform, she understands both the big-picture goals behind an assessment and the details required to make it work beautifully in practice.
In her roles as CEO, Typhaine leads the sales process for America and Asia Pacific. She is known for her thoughtful, practical approach — helping customers navigate setup, solve challenges, and move from idea to launch with confidence.

Graeme is the Founder of Brilliant Assessments. Graeme has a successful history in the software market. Most notably, he co-founded and sold legal practice software company Keystone. This success led him to building Brilliant Assessments in response to a customer’s need for custom assessment software.
Until 2026, Graeme was CEO at Brilliant Assessments, but with the opportunity presented by AI and the company’s focus on growth, he is now solely focused on the development and refinements of the Brilliant Assessments platform.
