AI Suggest Demo Video

Video Overview

In this demo, Brilliant Assessments showcases AI Suggest, a built-in AI toolkit that helps you rapidly build assessments by generating sections, subsections, questions, and feedback text from your assessment title and prompts. It’s especially useful for first-time builders or quick trial setups. Using an example Employee Wellness Assessment, the demo walks through:

  • Naming & describing the assessment (clear, specific inputs improve AI output).

  • Launching AI Suggest at each level (sections → subsections → questions → feedback), with editable, pre-populated prompts you can customize system-wide or per assessment.

  • Generating sections, refining results by adjusting the prompt (e.g., “no more than five sections”), then saving and reordering.

  • Adding subsections via a “top 5 sub-topics” prompt, with options to move, rename, or re-run.

  • Creating questions tailored to desired formats (slider, multiple choice, 1–10 scale, Likert/Agree-Disagree) by specifying the format in the prompt.

  • Drafting feedback, the most time-consuming step traditionally: define ratings (e.g., Green/Orange/Red by score range), prompt AI for feedback at section/subsection/question level, and control whether scores are mentioned, tone, length, and style. The system remembers prior instructions (e.g., “don’t mention scores”) and allows adding reference articles.

Key takeaways:

  • Clear, specific prompts produce better results.

  • Work section by section to stay in control of complexity.
