About Healthy Growing Leaders
Healthy Growing Leaders is a nonprofit that builds assessments and provides coaching for leaders, teams, ministries, churches and other organisations.
Their work is built around helping people understand their “true wiring” and align it with their “true calling”. Instead of putting people into one fixed type, Healthy Growing Leaders uses a suite of assessments to build a fuller picture of how someone works, what motivates them, how they handle conflict and where they may need support.

Why they moved from a custom-built platform
Before moving to Brilliant Assessments, Healthy Growing Leaders had its own custom-built assessment platform. That gave them a lot of control, but it also brought the pressure of maintaining the technology behind it.
