  • Where confidentiality matters, assessments can also be conducted without collecting personally identifiable information, including via shareable, anonymous cohort links. This is especially useful for sensitive workplace wellbeing, organizational health, or group-based assessment contexts where honest input matters more than named responses.

  • Feedback does not have to be released immediately upon submission of a response. Assessors can review and edit feedback before it is shared.

  • AI Interpretation data is processed through Microsoft Azure OpenAI over encrypted TLS and HTTPS connections, with a transient context that is not logged or persisted by Azure OpenAI and is not used to train OpenAI models.
