Aside from when you pay, it’s much better value to subscribe to Brilliant Assessments annually. Calculating the average cost across the months shows it’s significantly cheaper, plus you can use your annual quota of responses at any time during the year. So, if you have seasonal fluctuations in your responses, you can budget accordingly.

The Small Business pricing is only available to businesses with three or fewer employees through an application to our support team. Small business pricing is not available to subsidiaries or spin-offs of larger businesses with the same owners.

A response is counted when someone completes an assessment — regardless of how many questions it includes.In 360 assessments or group reports, each individual rater or participant counts as a separate response. The same applies to iterations (e.g. before and after).

No. Responses reset with each billing cycle. If your subscription is monthly, responses reset monthly. If it's annual, they reset annually.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
