Do you support SSO and HR integrations?

Yes. SSO is supported via Microsoft Azure and Okta (available as an add-on and included in Advanced plans). HRIS/ATS integrations are also available as an add-on.

How do you handle security, compliance, and AI data?

Brilliant Assessments is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and uses AWS hosting with encrypted backups. If you use AI features, data is encrypted in transit to Azure OpenAI and is not used to train models.
